Banknorth 250 - Oxford - July 18th Johnny looked like he had them covered at the Banknorth 250 at Oxford. A draw of the pole for heat one, an easy heat win, and pulling away at the drop of the green in the 250 all indicated that the #54 was the class of the field. After leading 128 laps (and collecting $ 12,800 in lap money), Johnny T-boned a spinning backmarker in a huge cloud of smoke exiting turn four.
