The tight PASS points race gets even tighter! Johnny with a dramatic move out of the last turn comes away from two days at Speedway 95 with two second place finishes and 436 points. But Cassius Clark also tallied 436 with a win and third while Ben Rowe scored 426 and Mike Rowe 424. So Johnny makes up a bit on leader Ben but so do the other two.
To Ben's 3014, Johnny has 2990, Mike 2990, and Cassius 2988.

Saturday's 100 lapper was the easier one with Johny starting in third and then moving to second and then first for most of the race. Cassius took advantage of a little #54 wheel spin on a restart to grab the lead for the final 25 laps.

Sunday was tougher with a 15th in Time Trials and a 4th in the Heat producing a 15th place start for the feature. At the green Johnny began a determined march up to the front: 11th on lap 9, 9th on lap 6th on lap 45, 5th on lap 60 and finally 2nd on lap 69. But Cassius once again with a fast car was cruising back to the front after a deflating tire sent him out of the lead to the back. Cassius took over second for laps 146 to 149, but the last corner action saw Johnny stay on the low side and shoot over the line in second.Tough competition when two seconds just let you keep up.
